(Wind Chill)

You say it really only affects the skin
But I tell you it cuts to your soul
You're out in the cold with nothing but wind
In between your hair and your bones

Wind chill

You said it really only happens in the present
And shortly I'd catch my breath
But in an hour or two - a minute a moment
We'll both be freezing to death

Wind chill

Maybe it's a matter of semantics
A little math and measurement is all
But being outside on a night like this
Feels like the end of the world

(instrumental)

Wind chill

I know someone with a blanket
I even know you thought you'd return
Here and now I'm cold and wet
And it feels like the end of the world
