Private Plains Ape
Part Number Three

We dress like one another
we look like one another
we are one another
but the surface and
actions are not how
to meld our oneness
that echoes so empty
in its solitude.

The meaningless outer
sheath is the easiest
to replicate but
actually makes it
harder to all be
one.

It is the difference in
aspect and the variety
of flavor that makes
it possible to combine
and congregate and
allow ourselves to
overlap and feel the
connections that make
us
all
one.
